Grey UPVC Sheet

Embossed Polypropylene Sheet

Polycarbonate has a very high impact resistance and because of this property the usual applications for clear polycarbonate sheet are for such things like anti-vandal glazing, machine guards and safety glazing in public areas.

A light transmission that's superior to glass. It is very easy to cut, machine, heat bend and shape. It can be easily bonded with reaction adhesives.

High rigidity and impact strength even at low temperatures. Food compatibility, easy processing and easy thermoforming makes it widely used for shop fitting & display applications.

PVC has a very good resistance to salt solutions, acids & alkalis and has excellent dielectric properties. It is stiff and strong and is inherently flame retardant.

Is your cutting service free?
Whilst we will gladly cut a sheet into required rectangular panel sizes for free, we may charge a cutting fee if you need many cuts or there are special cutting requirements. We will show this on your no obligation quote.
Do I have to buy a full sheet or can I just buy a cut panel?
We'll always work with our clients. If the material you need is a popular material or we have off-cuts in stock we may offer a price for just a cut panel. Just let us know your exact requirements and we'll give you our best quote.
Can you cut shapes other than square or rectangle?
Yes. See our fabrication services. We can laser cut intricate shapes from acrylic; other materials may need to be shaped by hand or CNC machine routed. Any shaping other than square or rectangle cuts will be subject to fabrication costs and costed per individual requirements. Contact us with your specific requirements
